DNJ® Intake Manifold Gasket Sets are manufactured using a combination of high-quality materials selected for their durability and sealing capabilities. Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) is used in high-pressure areas for its strength and ability to maintain a seal under extreme temperature fluctuations. Rubber-coated steel provides an excellent combination of sealing flexibility and structural integrity. Fiber-reinforced composite or graphite materials offer superior conformability for uneven surfaces and excellent resistance to heat and pressure. Silicone rubber and high-grade elastomers are used for O-rings and seals, ensuring long-term reliability in coolant and vacuum passages.
