Return Policy

To start a return, contact us at csr@enginecomponents.com or call at: 1-(800)-981-7625 toll-free number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, if the product is still in sellable condition, you must contact us to request an RGA (Return Good authorization) with our technical department, If the reason of the return is that the item(s) are not needed, we wont be responsible for the shipping cost.

After receiving approval, ship the package to the warehouse that it came from, add on the package your account number and company name, this will help us to identify your order.

We recommend always to Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can make it right.

Exchanges
If by mistake you ordered the wrong item(s), you can send it back and make another order at the same time if it’s our fault then we fix this right away and we will send you a call tag
Credits
once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will give you a credit that you can use on your next DNJ order
