The housings and arms of DNJ® Accessory Drive Belt Tensioner Assemblies are made from high strength cast aluminum or steel to provide structural rigidity and resist vibration. Integrated pulleys feature sealed bearings and are constructed from polymer or steel to withstand belt loads and repeated heat cycling. Spring mechanisms are pre-calibrated to deliver consistent tensioning force.
