DNJ® Engine Re-Ring Kits are designed for partial engine overhauls, providing all the critical components needed to restore compression and oil control. Each kit includes a full gasket set, piston ring set, main bearings, rod bearings, and, for select applications, a thrust washer set. All DNJ® Engine Re-Ring Kits are application-specific and manufactured to meet or exceed OEM quality standards.
DNJ® Engine Re-Ring Kits are engineered with high-quality materials tailored to each component type. The piston rings are made from durable cast iron or steel alloys with moly or chrome facings to ensure excellent sealing and wear resistance. Main and rod bearings use bi-metal or tri-metal construction for superior load distribution, oil retention, and fatigue resistance under high temperatures. The full gasket set includes MLS, graphite, or non-asbestos composite head gaskets, along with rubber, silicone, or EPDM seals for coolant and oil passages. Valve stem seals are crafted from PTFE or premium Viton® for exceptional heat and oil resistance.
