DNJ® Intake Manifold Gasket Sets are engineered to provide a dependable seal between the intake manifold and the cylinder head, preventing air, coolant, and vacuum leaks that can impact engine performance. Each set includes the necessary gaskets and seals for a complete intake manifold installation, such as intake runner gaskets, plenum gaskets, throttle body gaskets, and EGR valve gaskets (where applicable). These sets are designed to match the form, fit, and function of the original components, ensuring a precise fit and reliable operation.

DNJ® Intake Manifold Gasket Sets are manufactured using a combination of high-quality materials selected for their durability and sealing capabilities. Multi-Layer Steel (MLS) is used in high-pressure areas for its strength and ability to maintain a seal under extreme temperature fluctuations. Rubber-coated steel provides an excellent combination of sealing flexibility and structural integrity. Fiber-reinforced composite or graphite materials offer superior conformability for uneven surfaces and excellent resistance to heat and pressure. Silicone rubber and high-grade elastomers are used for O-rings and seals, ensuring long-term reliability in coolant and vacuum passages. All materials are rigorously tested and manufactured to meet or exceed OEM quality standards.
